Often you read about all the top hair salons in Sydney being exclusively in the City and surrounding suburbs. A lot of the time this is true, however even if I do say so myself, our staff at Hair by Phd do our best to provide an excellent standard in hairdressing for all our clients. A standard that rivals the city salons.
The reason I believe this has been the case for so long is because of a great training program we provide to our team. Training and developing our team is something we take very seriously. It keeps our team inspired and also helps us offer you the best in hairdressing services that you deserve.
Recently we had a very special guest trainer at Hair by Phd, Damien Rayner, who I believe would have to be one Australia’s best colourist. Over the last few years we have been lucky enough to have Damien working with our team and sharing his wealth of knowledge. Damien spent a day training our Parramatta team and next week will be doing a day with our Carlingford team. You can see some of Damien’s work on his website.
The team where very inspired by working with Damien and created some stunning looks. They worked on some new highlighting techniques, colour corrections and full head bleaching with amazing results. I have included a few of the images in this post.
